EUROCOLOR, to meet the needs of its customers, strives to offer the widest possible range of products. 

Yes, already in standard and without extra charge we use handles with Secustik function, providing additional protection against attempts to break the window, and in addition, the fittings we use have as standard four anti-burglary strikers in each quarter. Ultimately, each window can be “rearmed” with, among other things, anti-burglary glass P2 or P4, or fittings of RC-2 class. 

Aluminum joinery differs significantly from that of PVC plastic. These differences are due to the materials used in production, the different production system and the different purpose of these products. Aluminum products are used where a large height of the structure is needed, e.g. above 2.5 meters, or when this item will be opened daily for many years (as is the case, for example, in stores or restaurants). PVC plastic window is usually used in single or multi-family houses. These differences make the price of PVC and ALU products different. EUROCOLOR's offer offers an ideal compromise between expected size, functionality and price in the form of a special product line called HYBRID X EVO, which is a line of products built on fiberglass profiles that are ideal for bold and daring designs while maintaining a significantly lower price relative to aluminum plastic products.

The times when aluminum was used only in apartment blocks or office buildings are gone forever. Nowadays you can equip your home with aluminum joinery dedicated to single-family houses. Often its thermal parameters are equal to PVC, and the construction possibilities allow for larger dimensions. In the case of high-budget projects, the use of aluminum reinforces the impression of solidity and modernity of the project, it is even possible to make “glass houses” using mullion and transom facade structures. 

The standard EUROCOLOR hardware is Siegenia Titan AF, equipped with 4 anti-tamper strikers in each quarter, a finger lift of the sash in the lower part of the window, a handle misalignment lock and microventilation.

As a manufacturer, we focus on the production of PVC plastic joinery and aluminum structures. We can offer fire certified joinery by submitting an individual quote. The standard deadline for quotes is up to 24 hours from receipt, however, for this type of product, please indicate the expected date of receipt of the quote, as we prepare it with an external supplier.

Burglar-proof joinery (RC1, RC2, RC3) consists of all elements of the window and door (frame, hardware, glass).
 
We offer hardware and glass that meet the standards of the burglary class. However, they are not tested so such a window does not have anti-burglary certification. 

We do not have wooden windows in our offer.

First of all, the dimensions of the woodwork and its color. Other information such as the type of handle, glass, etc. can be selected within the EUROCOLOR standards.

The minimum warranty for our products is 5 years for PVC windows,

Every customer who starts cooperation with EUROCOLOR receives a dedicated Customer Advisor in the Customer Service Office, who is responsible for overall care in the field of orders or consulting. 

The Customer Service Advisor is primarily responsible for providing quotation advice and for the proper flow of information around the order flow, which is the key to successful business cooperation. 

Each Advisor at EUROCOLOR has an active Whats'up account assigned to his/her phone number. At the same time, Advisors in the communication of key information also use e-mail solutions. At the same time, we invite you to use the EC4PARTNER platform, thanks to which most of the information about the status of orders / invoices or complaints is available in the individual client's account in real time without the need to send messages or contact EUROCOLOR by phone. 

Yes, but it depends on the transportation minimum, among other things. You can find detailed information regarding prices for logistics services in the BUSINESS section, Documents section (visible in the user menu in the upper right corner). The EUROCOLOR Delivery Pricing Terms document is also available there.

The transportation minimum is 6000 PLN / 1500 EUR to the 1st unloading point (to the warehouse or to the assembly address up to 50 km from the recipient's warehouse).

EUROCOLOR's own transportation is done with forklifts. Hired transport of forklifts does not have. 

Personal pick-ups must be reported to the BOK supervisor no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Personal pick-ups do not take place on Friday.
 
Upon arrival at the EC, go to the secretariat to obtain documents for order pickup. 

HS and Slide sliding doors are packed on dedicated wooden racks type “A” where each rack is for one product. HS sliding doors themselves are packed in bubble wrap and set on one side of the rack, while the other side of the rack is glass in wooden shipping frames. In some cases with larger HS doors (due to weight), the panes are placed on a separate “L” type stand.

ALU entrance doors are packaged in two ways: 

1. doors without overlay panels (glass or batch panel) are packed in PE foam (magenta color) and stretch film,
2. doors with overlay panels are packed in 250 mm thick wooden boxes (already at the stage of door production), then the protective film is removed from the panel (surface quality control), and then the entire box is wrapped in stretch film.

Windows are packed in two PE foam bands (in magenta color) with a width of 100 mm. For taller windows, an additional third band is used. At the request of the customer (for an additional fee), each window can be packed separately in stretch film. 

Entrance doors are packaged with three PE foam bands (magenta in color), each 300 mm wide, the bands protect, among other things, the door hinges. 

Any customer with a STOLCAD license key can realize valuations on their own. Of course, to begin with, we encourage you to attend the STOLCAD training courses organized by EUROCOLOR, where you can get acquainted with the whole process of realizing the valuation or the configuration elements, e.g. the possibility of adding your own goods to the valuation.

A license for STOLCAD (key) can be purchased in the EC SHOP section. 

All items shown from the inside, with one-sided veneer/color selection shown from the outside. 

EUROCOLOR has adopted in its offers for uniformity that the view of the structure is always the view from the inside. This is a conscious choice by the company to ensure the legibility of the offer. 

The number 59 means the height of the part of the wing visible from the inside, and the symbol Sx means that the wing is of a straight shape (Rx is the designation for a round wing). 

The hardware is visible in the upper left side of the joinery on the drawing of the valued structure and on the STOLCAD printout in the description in the FITTINGS section.   Concealed hardware (retractable hinges) is described as MODERNO. 

Color x1 means veneer on one side only (usually from the outside) color x2 means veneer on both sides from inside and outside 

Yes, even when the structure is in color x1 (from the outside) the drawing in STOLCAD is in color, the point here is just to visually emphasize that the structure has some color veneer applied and is not a white window. 

The color and type of the inter-pane frame can be found in the second position of the description in the SYMBOL column, such as 05 SZ 4NE/18/4/18/4NE.

NSTD or OTHER color means a non-standard color not included in the standard color pleat, which usually involves a much longer lead time and higher price. 

The message OK means that the construction is within the safe range for the given system in terms of dimensions and is subject to warranty (the program does not take into account specific additional loads such as heavy glazing or place of installation - these elements require additional verification).

The NOK message denotes construction outside the safe range for a given system, which is not subject to warranty and is priced / manufactured at the responsibility of the customer. NOK construction should be avoided at all costs (e.g., changing the system, profiles or divisions).

The STOLCAD quotation printout is mainly for showing the price of the product, the door panel can be designed in separate tools such as the door configurator.

When constructing an item, we designate a place for the link (depending on its width).

The connector is added to the item from Goods.

Exterior doors cannot be produced in one frame with fanlight due to technological limitations. 

For this operation, the color OTHER x2 is used - in the comment to the item you specify the color inside and outside the window.

Unfortunately, this is a system limitation of STOLCAD, hence you can only see the first hardware on the description.

It is possible to price such a balcony by setting the sash dimension to NOK (without a guarantee), with a guarantee such a sash width is only available for windows (maximum height of 1800 mm).

From the inside.

The message “ Exceeded sash dimension (height or width)” means that the priced item is not within the dimensions specified in the guarantee. 

In the drawing there is only the name of the panel, the lack of drawing is due to technical limitations of STOLCAD.

In order to make a complete quote, in addition to the dimensions of the structure, of course, you also need information about: the technology in which the valuation is to be made (PVC / ALU or indication of a specific system), color, type of glass, type of installation.

Making adjustments to the valuation is free of charge.

We want to keep our offers transparent, so we present list prices without discounts. In addition, the discount for the end customer depends on the individual preferences of the customer in question.

The price you see on the quote is the list price and does not include discounts. On a case-by-case basis, quotes take into account the customer's discount.

The standard turnaround time for a basic, complete quotation containing all the necessary information is 24 hours. Other quotations requiring technical consultations or analysis of their exact specifications are realized in an average of 72 hours from the moment all technical parameters are agreed with the customer.

The offer is valid for 14 days or until the next STOLCAD Dealer update.

In each PDF file with a quote, there is a direct contact for the person who is executing the quote. In addition, in the platform, in the Company Details section (top right corner), you will find contact information for your Internal and Field Supervisor.

When you enter the platform in the Orders section, you have the New Order buton available. There you fill in the appropriate fields, attach a file (preferably a ZLF, which will speed up entering the ZLF into the system) and that's it. Now your order lands in the Orders section for approval, but you are assured that it has been sent to us. When it is entered into the system it will change status to “Accepted” and a production number will be assigned. 

You can also place your order by email by sending a message to: zamowienia@eurocolor.com.pl but then you don't have confirmation that these orders have definitely reached us. 

You can follow the successive stages of your order on the EUROCOLOR platform in real time. When you open a specific order on the top bar you will see what successive phases your order is going through, and the current one will be marked with the appropriate color. You will also see the current phase of your order in the Orders section (column named Phase).

The order production term is counted from the date of receipt of the advance payment.

No, the lead time depends on the supply of products, such as profiles, which we cannot control.

You will check your discounts as soon as you log into the platform. In the main menu, on the right hand side, there is a Discounts tile -> Click there and you will see what your current financial terms are. 

The basic and PRE-PAID discount applies to the entire product range.  We do not apply discount exceptions for the selected profile system.

You will check the actual discount (basic + PRE-PAID) at  the very bottom of the PROFORMA invoice in the summary. The same discount will be shown on the Final Invoice.

When you create an order, the Basic Discount will be assigned. By generating a PROFORMA invoice yourself, you can get an additional discount of -10% or 15%. Once the payment is posted and assigned to the transaction, the discounts in the order will be corrected depending on the selected PRE-PAID discount and the amount of the payment.

Immediately after the order is accepted for production and its appearance in the EC4Partner platform. You can download a PROFORMA invoice by going to the Orders section, you have a table available there and PROFORMA buton. By clicking on it you will open the document, choose the form of prepayment (50% or 100%) with the appropriate PRE-PAID discount and pay the amount given at the very bottom in pink. In the title of the payment, write the PROFROMA / Order number. 

You can generate a PROFORMA invoice on your own as soon as the order appears in the EC4Partner platform (Orders section).

The PROFORMA button appears in one of the columns or by going to the “More” option, the document will be visible in the upper right corner of the page.

The minimum down payment is 50% of the order value. Remember that you can enjoy an additional discount of -15% when you pay 100% of the order value up to 3 working days after the order is created.

When you open the Orders section, you will find the Remaining Payment column, where you can check what amount remains to be paid. In addition, in the same place you will find the Payment Status column informing you whether a given order has been settled 100%.

Yes, both the PROFORMA invoice and the Final Invoice contain the Customer's own name.

Yes, after receiving approval from EUROCOLOR's Finance Department.

If the payments to the first orders have gone well, then you can apply to your Supervisor for a Credit Limit. We will submit an application to the insurer on your behalf and, after a positive assessment of your payment reliability, you will receive a Credit Limit and a payment term. However, you will get the best terms by fulfilling your order with 100% down payment.

The warmest in EUROCOLOR's range is the Hybrid X EVO.

Each time we check the feasibility of the windows by comparing their size with the maximum dimensions allowed by the window system. Due to the variety of solutions, it is always possible to select the optimal one for a given application. In the case of the impossibility of making a given structure due to exceeded dimensions, we recommend making windows of aluminum, whose profiles are characterized by greater rigidity than in the case of PVC profiles.

The minimum size for a non-opening window (fix in the frame) is 300 x 300 mm. For a function window, such as a tilt and turn window, it is 410 x 410 mm.

This means that when both sashes are opened, we do not see any mullion (element dividing the quarters). 

The Impact 80 system was designed to make simple structures (windows, balconies, sliding doors).  I do not have the ability to make figures (arches, circles). 

The topic of profile connections is definitely more complex. On the type of connection depends not only the sheer size of the joinery, but also the place where we install (height above sea level, wind zone) and the height of the building in which we will install and on which floor. The inter-pane frames differ in the material they are made of (metal, plastic) the edge coefficient (PSI the lower the better) affecting the Uw of the whole window and the color (gray, black, caramel).  

 The standard mounting clearance should be between 1.5 and 2.5 cm.

Dutch profiles are available in the PVC Living Variant system. For the time being, their welding is done as standard (45-degree joining). Details and assembly drawings are available in the WIKI section. 

Yes, this solution is available in the Synego 80 system. 

False arches are made on PVC systems. Their technology is based on the insertion of a panel of the appropriate shape, color and thickness into the rebate of the frame and / or sash. The process of pricing and production of this technology is available under the following video.

In standard PVC windows we use the full version of Siegenia Titan AF hardware, equipped with a finger lift, handle lock, KoPiBo automatic rollers and four anti-tamper strikers. 

EUROCOLOR products have Declarations of Performance. No additional certificates are required for standard products We also have ITT tests of our products and is an authorized manufacturer of system providers, subject to regular inspections. 

Synego 80 Select is a budget version of the Synego system, designed for investment projects. It differs slightly in its internal profile structure, higher Uf coefficient and reinforcements. Details of each technology are available in the WIKI section. 

Detailed information can be learned through a quote in STOLCAD, but it can be assumed that to the price of a white window should be added from 10 to 15% for a window in color x1 veneered on the outside and about 15 to 20% for windows in color on both sides.

Standard ALU windows use Winkhaus ActivPilot hardware, equipped with a sash lifter / handle lock and four anti-tamper strikers. 

Synego technology has the most options. It can be used to make Windows, PSK, Exterior and Side Doors, Slide and HS (with low sash Panorama option). On one system it is possible to make all the constructions necessary to create all the joinery for a single-family house.

ALUMORE P78 technology has the most options. It can be used to make windows (including ECO budget windows), PSK, Doors (with any type of panel and in two versions, standard P78 and DOOR - additional sealing and anti-curve equipment), and is fully compatible with other ALUMORE systems: ALUMORE SLIDE and P160 / P180 HS. 

The most economical is the IMPACT system, which is based on the Polish Wital profile and has an optimal thickness of 80 mm and optimal thermal performance at an attractive price. 

The most economical is the Aluprof MB-79N system, it comes as windows and doors and is the narrowest ALU system that meets the requirements of WT2021 (70 mm).

EUROCOLOR offers window, door and sliding systems from Procural and Aluprof .

The Uw factor of a window represents the amount of power (corresponding to heat) that passes through each square meter of the window when the difference between the temperature inside the building and the prevailing temperature outside is equal to one kelvin. The lower the Uw, the more energy-efficient the window. 

Rw is the factor of specific sound insulation. It is expressed in decibels (dB). The higher the value of the Rw coefficient, the better the window insulates from outside noise, and thus quiets the apartment. A typical modern window has a sound insulation of about 30 dB. 

The g-factor tells how much solar energy will pass through the glass (how much the sun is able to heat the room). It is assumed that the g-factor of a window is equal to that of the glass. It is difficult to clearly determine whether larger is better - with large windows installed on the south side, you may find that the cost of cooling in summer (air conditioning) is clearly greater than what you will save on heating in winter (so a smaller g would be desirable). On the north side, a high g-factor may be advisable in some cases). The decision is up to the investor. The warmest double-glazed windows usually have a low g-factor (well below 50% - for example, Ug = 0.5 has a factor of 37%). 

The answer is not clear, there are different types of passive houses, but by definition, for a window to be passive it must have a coefficient below 0.8.

The largest theoretical glazing is limited by transport capacity. For 8 / 16 / 8 glass, theoretical glazing steadily can reach 10 m2 (5000 mm side - aluminum frame for bolting in place indicated), but this requires specialized transport. 

The standard sub-threshold profile is the system extension, optionally, all commercially available sub-thresholds (kinarite, purenite, etc.) can be used.

We do not have them in the offer, purenity is a mounting element (like anchors). 

We do not recommend the use of such a solution, because doors of this type, as their name suggests, are intended for use inside the building, for example, as passageways in stairwells, entrances to offices, etc. The difference between internal and entrance doors lies not only in their appearance, but primarily in the type of hardware used and the way they are bolted. Interior doors are bolted only by means of a cassette or espagnolette, while Entrance Doors (PVC) are equipped with espagnolettes, hooks, bolts, etc. elements significantly affecting their security and making it difficult for third parties to get inside the house or apartment.

Side doors are mainly used for interior buildings (vestibules, basement entrance) and as an entrance to outbuildings (garage).

The main differences from the front door are narrower profiles and simplified hardware ( KVF espagnolette with rotating mushrooms ). 

Door systems have a system of reinforcements that effectively prevents sashes and frames from warping and sagging. The profiles used in the construction of the frame and sashes are equipped with reinforcements in the form of steel sections distributed along the entire length of the edge of each door element, ensuring their stability and durability.

1. Due to the nature of a product such as a door, it is not cost-effective and extremely difficult to remake the door (among other things, there may be traces of hinge attachment). It is definitely faster and cheaper to order the production of doors in the appropriate opening version.

Keeping the film on the window for too long can lead to its vulcanization and so-called melting into the profile, which can lead to discoloration on the surface of the profiles. In the case of further finishing work carried out in the room where the window is installed, it should be protected with an ordinary film, which will protect the window from possible damage.

For window care, you can use generally available cleaning agents diluted in warm water and soft sponges or rags. Be sure not to use aggressive, solvent-based or scouring agents, and do not use items such as spatulas, wire brushes, rough sponges, etc.

Window gaskets should be lubricated at least once a year with technical petroleum jelly or silicone for gaskets in order for the window to function properly.

Yes you should, Windows (PVC) / (ALU) by nature are very airtight windows, so we must allow moisture to escape from the premises to bring about air exchange. We should leave the windows in the tilted position for a minimum of 15-30 minutes a day, we can also use the micro-ventilation function or the winter-summer function in the window, then with a minimum tilting of the window we provide a supply of fresh air.

 In order to ensure the proper functioning of window hardware at least once a year, it is necessary to lubricate it, which will ensure the light operation of the window and protect the hardware from premature wear of its components. Only grease or machine oil without resins and acids should be used. This is available at EUROCOLOR showrooms or specialized dealers.

The phenomenon of condensation on the inside of the glass is due to the following factors: climate conditions outside, indoor air temperature, humidity level inside the building, ventilation rate and temperature on the window surface. The best way to reduce this phenomenon is to capture water vapor already at the moment of its formation (e.g. kitchen, bathroom), for this purpose you can use ventilators. Proper heating and ventilation of rooms is also very important. 

Yes and no. Yes because, in principle, it requires no special attention or care from us. No, because it is necessary to lubricate the hardware components at least once a year in places intended for this purpose. 

Windows are one of the main sources of heat loss in a building structure. Using external roller shutters, you can easily reduce this undesirable effect. A so-called “air cushion” is created between the window and the roller shutter armor, acting as an additional insulating layer. By closing your EUROCOLOR roller shutters in the winter, you reduce the building's energy demand, significantly reducing the cost of heating it, up to 25%.

Impact 80 technology does not have system RKS slides. 

Casonetto manufactured by EUROCOLOR have thermal insulation tests carried out by the supplier (Veka company) in an Italian accredited testing laboratory.

 If the scratches are shallow, you can use a special correction pen corrector for this. It allows you to tint the surface of the window to the appropriate color. The paint contained in it is resistant to light and weathering. Writers in the desired veneer color can be purchased at EUROCOLOR showrooms. Sanding the veneer and using chemicals can lead to permanent damage to the window surface. In case of major damage, we advise you to contact EUROCOLOR Service, which has specialized equipment to repair the veneer. 

In the case of white profiles, COSMOFEN available in our offer is used to polish the surface of the window.
 

Damaged veneered profiles are subject to repair with special preparations. 

To ensure the proper functioning of window hardware at least once a year, it should be lubricated to ensure light operation of the window and to protect the hardware from premature wear of its components. Use only grease or machine oil without resins or acids.
